For Sponsors

A Sponsorship Includes:

1) Technical Presentation, Interactive Workshop, or Facility Tour

These must be entirely educational in nature and be application specific. Sponsors can select from one of the following 3 options:

a) Presentation*: Preferred topics include the foundations of 3D printing technology (DLP, L-PBF, MJF, DED, Post-Processing, Software, etc.) or the business case of AM. To keep the entire event as interactive as possible, the primary presentation content needs to be limited to 15 minutes to allow for a minimum of 15 minutes of facilitated Q&A (30 minutes total).

b) Workshop*: Workshops are 30-40 minutes in length and are to be designed to be interactive exercises among small teams of 4-6 attendees each. We will work with you to develop the content. If you would like to sponsor multiple events, but do not have representatives in all the cities, we can present your workshop on your behalf for future events.

*With a focus on local audiences, the content of the presentations and workshops do not need to change from event to event (if sponsoring multiple events). You can present the same material at all of your chosen event.

c) Facility Tour: We are looking for one sponsor in each city to host a short facility tour on the morning of the event (45-60 min.).

2) A ”Table Top” (or equivalent)

We will provide a small space for you to present any materials you’d like to share during the networking lunch. Due to the unique nature of our locations, we cannot provide exact dimensions until 2-4 weeks before the event. This is optional and not required.

FAQs

What is the format?

Each workshop is scheduled from 9:00 am ~ 5:00 pm. Typical events will kick off with the facility tour, then migrate to the primary location for the rest of the day. The presentations are primarily in the morning, then there is a networking lunch, followed by small group workshops in the afternoon. We’ll wrap up the day with our keynote speaker before we begin the Happy Hour. Please note that each location is unique and there might be variations on this format from city to city.

How often are these events and where do they take place?

This is a roadshow with events happening approximately once per month. They are located in areas of high technology and/or manufacturing. We are happy to take recommendations or requests from our sponsors for upcoming cities. Within each city, the target locations are fun and/or unique with a preference towards pubs or breweries where both food and beer are available.

How many attendees are expected and who are they?

The target attendance is 40~50 people per event but will be highly dependent on availability at any given location. The target attendees are early adopters and/or 3D printing champions at industrial end-users looking to get into AM. They might have a rudimentary knowledge of AM but they likely haven't attended any major conferences.
